Competing in life is a gift we are all given. Facing challenges is part of the journey of life. Our ShoSum Courage Award recognizes those that not only face their challenges with unbelievable strength and courage, but reach out and help others face their challenges, strive to make a difference in their communities and inspire others to do the same.

Bradley Rofer was a young man who had a heart for helping others. Not only did he do that, he inspired others to do the same. In his honor, we are thrilled to present the ShoSum Courage Award each year at the Bradley Rofer Honor Walk. This award recognizes an individual who not only shows perseverance through obstacles and the courage to compete regardless of the hardships and disadvantages they face but also uplifts and encourages others to do the same.
